Standards for Technological Literacy

STL articulates what needs to be taught in K—12 laboratory-classrooms* to enable all students to develop technological literacy. The goal* is to meet all of the standards through the benchmarks* which are included in STL. Standards are written statements about what is valued that can be used for making a judgment of quality (ITEEA).

Journal for Technology Education and the Journal for Technology Studies

These journals are released bi-annually by Virginia Tech. There were created and have been adding to our field since 1989 and 1996 respectively. They are fantastic resources to see what is going on within all levels of education.
