What is an unconference?
An Unconference is a loosely structured conference emphasizing the informal exchange of information and ideas between participants, rather than following a conventionally structured program of events. Last year's unconference was a huge success. The informal setting lead to fruitful collaboration and the fostering of meaningful professional relationships.
So what do we talk about?
Because attendees drive the discussion topics, we are unable to provide a topic list. Some of the topics from our last unconference included:
- Integrative STEM/STEAM
- Project-Based Learning
- Meeting Next Generation Science Standards and adapting to Core Content Standards
- Hour of Code
- 3-D printing and design
- MakerSpace and the Maker Movement
When is it again:
